1. Stretch every morning! When we stretch we wake up our muscles and increase our blood flow. This helps not only our body but our mind. 2. Listen to something positive. Find a great podcast or a uplifting book. Listen while you get ready in the morning. It will stimulate your mind to get yourself off to a productive day. 3. Wake up and make up! When you take time to dress and put your makeup on, you tell your brain, I'm worth it and become so much more productive. There are small tips and tricks for us to do to make us feel more beautiful, more powerful, more affective. It is a fact that women who take time to put on their makeup the right way are perceived as more trustworthy and more successful. 4. Use good disrupters. Sometimes our days just do not go as planned. We can get into a negative disruptive cycle. Take a minute and put on some loud music that moves you, go for a walk or just sit down and take deep breathes, it will change our mood. I remember days where I have thought, "I need to restart this day!" So I go as far as re-showering and restarting my day. It works. This is a positive disrupter. 5. Drink water! Wow, when we stay hydrated it changes muscle fatigue, helps with our skin and all the functions of the body. 6. Care for your skin. This is so important. Your skin is your largest organ. You cannot live without and you will live within it your entire life. With just a few minutes at night and a few minutes in the morning you can have great looking skin for the rest of your life, no fillers or freezers necessary. 7. Do a brain dump at least once a week. Just write down on a piece of paper or journal all that is on your mind, from things you need to do, want to do, dream about, worried about, etc. This way you can look at them and decide what is within your power to do and what is not. Once it is out of your brain, suddenly the burden of it lessons. 8. Love what you do! Sometimes we have a stirring deed down inside of us that we are just not living our true life. When this happens, start the journey of discovery. Personally, I started looking in a completely different direction than I ended up. But the process of facilitating what I thought I wanted lead me to what I truly wanted.
